We are a family-run holiday rental located just a few steps away from Lake Garda. Our cozy farmhouse, dating back to 1940, has been designed to provide you with a comfortable stay while you explore the wonders of our enchanting region.

We offer three splendid private double rooms, each of which can also accommodate an additional bed or a crib for our little guests. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, television, and wifi connection, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
Just a few steps away from the property, you will find a free public parking area, available to you without any time restrictions. Additionally, we have an on-site parking space in front of the entrance, perfect for short stops, such as during check-in and check-out.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a common area with a small equipped kitchen, where you can prepare a coffee or a quiet meal before heading out to explore our enchanting region.
Weather permitting, you can enjoy our outdoor terrace and the charming courtyard area, furnished with tables, where you can sip a coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and relax while reading a book in perfect tranquility and harmony.
Our location is strategic: away from traffic, yet close to the main attractions. You will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda, take on adventurous trails in Monte Baldo, and have fun at famous amusement parks like Gardaland, Movieland, or Caneva World. Furthermore, you can dedicate a day to the romantic city of Verona, the city of love!
